The insurance hereby extends to cover alterations, additions and improvements (but not appreciation in value in excess of sum insured) to buildings as specified for an amount not exceeding ......... in respect of any premises.
It being understood that the insured undertake to advise the insurer of such alterations, additions and improvements within ........ days to pay the appropriate additional premium thereon.
