Both the insurer and the insured are entitled to terminate this insurance upon ..... days notice in writing being given by registered letter.
When the insurer terminates the insurance, the insurer is obliged to return a pro-rata premium for the unexpired period of insurance. If the insured who terminates the insurance, premium return will be calculated on a short term basis.
