It is hereby declared and agreed that notwithstanding anything contained in the policy to the contrary and subject to its terms, limitations and conditions, this policy indemnifies the insured against his legal liability for destruction or damage to customers' property for which the insured is responsible, by fire or any other perils hereby insured against.
