Extra Hazardous Goods Warranty

It is warranted under the penalty of the policy being null and void, that during the current period at any location in which goods insured under this policy are stored :

1.no capoc shall be stored other than in hydraulically pressed balls provided with iron hoops with minimum weight of 55 kg per m3; 

2.without prejudice to stipulation 1 above, the insured shall not store capoc exceeding in value .....%; 

3.without prejudice to stipulation 1 and 2 above, the insured shall not store extra hazardous goods exceeding ..... or .....% of the total value of the goods stored therein, whichever is the lesser.
