Legal liability arising from fire and/or explosion including the spreading of fire is included within this insurance.
If as a result of such fire and/or explosion, legal liability attaches to the insured in respect of the activities of the fire brigade authority in fighting or preventing the spreading of fire, this shall also be deemed to be included.
