The insured hereby warrants that :
1. there are kept in the premises hereby insured appliances for the extinction of fire as set out in item ..... of the scale of allowances for ordinary fire extinguishing allowances;
2. that the provision of general requirements of the said scale are complied with;
3. that the said appliances will be maintained in efficient working order during the currency of this policy.
