It is a condition precedent to liability under this reinsurance that all claims be notified immediately to the reinsurer subscribing to this reinsurance and the reinsured hereby agrees that prior to Arriving at the settlement of any claims they shall co-operate with reinsurer and that no settlement shall be made without approval of the reinsurer subscribing to this reinsurance.
