1. the insured shall upon knowledge of any loss or losses which may give rise to a claim under this policy, immediately advice the reinsurer in writing;
2. the reinsured shall furnish the reinsurer all information available with respect to such loss or losses, and the reinsurer shall not be obligated, but shall be given the right to appoint adjusters, investigators, assessors, surveyors, experts, lawyers and control all negotiations, adjustments, settlement and the defense of any lawsuit in connection with such loss or losses.
