This policy is extended to include costs and expenses necessarily incurred by the insured in the removal of debris, dismantling or demolishing, shoring up or propping up the portion(s) of the property insured being destroyed or damaged by fire or any other peril hereby insured.
The liability of the insurer under this extension shall in no case exceed the sum insured stated in the schedule.
