Interference with the business due to cancellation of or the inability to accept bookings for accommodation as a direct result of :
1. the occurance at the premises of murder or attempt threat, suicide, contagious and/or infectious disease, food or drink poisoning, vermin, pests or defective sanitation
2. interruption in supplies for period in excess of ..... days due to strike or industrial action or lockout of suppliers employees subject to a Max of US$ 100,000 any one insurance year
shall be deemed as being within the scope of cover as defined above.
It is understood that all money paid or payable to the insured by way of deposits or recovery in connection with bookings which are the subject of a claim under this extension shall be credited to the insurers
