The company is expressly declared to be free from liability for loss of or damage to any electrical machine or apparatus or electrical installation from whatever cause (lightning included) provided that this exception shall only apply to the particular electrical machine, apparatus or portion of the electrical installation damaged or destroyed by spreading fire.
